The Vango Diablo 900 XP Tent is a great quality 9 person family tent with a massive living area and 3 separate bedrooms. This makes it ideal for family holidays or a group outings!
The tent is geodesic (i.e. not a tunnel tent) and offers three separate, massive sleeping areas, a really large living area with an extended porch for protection from the elements. The Diablo also has an integral sewn-in groundsheet that protects the bedrooms and living areas from draughts.
Ventilation-wise, there's a full mesh door on the porch to give extra ventilation on hot summer days. There's also mesh ventilation on the inner tent to reduce the build-up of condensation and keeps bugs out. This makes sure the Diablo 900 stays as cool and dry as possible - useful on those hot mornings. The 2008 model also features a nify upgrade form the 2007 model - darker fabric in the bedrooms to help keep out the light.
Overall, this really has to be one of the best family tents available in the UK. If you're after some serious space or have a really large family, this is the tent for you! The only downside is that they're removed the wheels from the carry bag for 2008, so you have to carry it and at 35 kilos, that's no mean feat!
