Sneak Preview #18: The Bergans Men's Kvitfjell and Sauda Down Jackets

Following up from the Jack Wolfskin AW11 Sneak Preview, Here's Bergans. We're expecting the bulk of it to drop in at Outdoorkit HQ from October onwards, so keep those eyes peeled!

We've got a plethora of cosy jackets coming in, here are just two of what we're expecting.

The Bergans Men's Kvitfjell Insulated Down Jacket is a more than warm jacket with an insulated lining made from recycled polyester on the outside and high quality down on the inside. The Kvitfjell also uses Pertex Shield, equipping the jacket with lightweight waterproofing, windproofing and breathability. The jacket includes pretty much everything you'd want with a storm guard, MP3 player pocket, ski pass pocket and reinforced elbows.

The Kvitfjell features front and chest pockets with waterproof zips, helping to keep all your valuables safe and of course dry. The jackets extended back panel gives extra coverage and protection from the wind, rain and any snow drift you may encounter. For optimum comfort the jacket comes with reinforced elbows, elastic cuffs with wrist warmers and an elastic hem drawcord. Rather handily the Kvitfjell can be stuffed into it's own pocket for minimal packing volume! The Kvitfjell will come in Black and Solid Grey/Peacock.

Sticking with insulated Down jackets, next up we've got the Sauda Down Jacket. Like the Kvitfjell it uses high quality down for an extreme amount of warmth. The Sauda Down also uses Pertex Shield for all round weather protection. It features front and chest pockets, an MP3 pocket and a ski pass pocket, so there's ample room for storing accessories.

The Sauda isn't just incredibly warm, it's also incredibly comfortable. It has an extended back panel to help keep the wind and rain off and elastic cuffs with built in wrist warmers with thumb holes. We're due the Sauda in four colours; Black/Red, Amazon Green/Black, Solid Grey/Alaskan Blue and Navy/Lime Zest.
