Reivew: The North Face Sidetrack 19

It's got to that point in the year where we're all starting to think about planning a summer holiday, if you havn't booked one already that is! So far I've got nothing planned apart from a weekend away in Birmingham for the 2020 Cricket Final in August. Doesn't quite match Ian, our Stock Manager's 2 week trip out to India, or John our Business Development Manager's holiday out to Thailand.

Anyway, with summer hols in mind, I thought it might be a good idea to do a review on one of our many travel bags. I've plumped for The North Face Sidetrack 19.

The Sidetrack gives a maximum of 41 litres luggage space, so you can fit a fair old bit inside. It features one large main compartment with compression straps and mesh organisation so your clothes aren't a complete mess when you open the bag at the other side of your travels. The bag has a 'Honeycomb' structured interior to ensure for lightweight rigidity, always a bonus considering the way some airlines man handle your luggage.

You won't have to heft the Sidetrack around either, it's got two sturdy wheels with protection wheel housing, so you can glide it with ease around Airports.

It comes with a handy business card window on the back too, so identifying it won't be a problem.

Two padded exterior pockets add extra room for storing smaller essentials that you may want to keep out of the main compartment, like washbags etc. Inside the main compartment there's also room for document organisation, so you won't have to worry about where to store passports, tickets and such like.

This size of bag meets carry on size requirements for most airlines, allowing you to take it on as hand luggage. It measures 49 x 35 x 21cm.
