Spreading The News!
On the subject of Merrell, we've just spotted a great write up for Barefoot running in general. Have a look at it on Thisislondon.co.uk. Both the Vibram Bikila's and the Merrell Trail Glove's get a mention.
It's good to see Barefooting slowly but surely slipping into the mainstream, I realise it's not to everyone's tastes, but once you've given it a go, It becomes clear as to why so many are getting involved in the barefoot revolution!
