Nordic walking and a new pack

We should be getting in some Leki Nordic Walking Poles fairly soonish! If you havn't come across Nordic Walking before, it's well worth checking this article out. As the article says, Nordic Walking is basically an enhancement of ordinary walking. The idea of Nordic Walking is to keep the upper body working as well as the legs. The poles then help to propel you along, couldn't be simpler!


We're due to get in the Instructor, Spin, Prestige, Traveller Alu and The Traveller Carbon. So there's plenty of choice for all you Nordic Walkers out there!

Also in our October order, we're due in a new Lowe Alpine rucksack. It's called the Matrix 24 and boy does it come in a variety of designs, with some eccentric names. You can have Archaeopteryx, Dragon Eyes, Lazy Lizard, Freeride, Hang Loose, Big Air and Colour Run. Hopefully we'll some pictures coming your way soon!
