Review: The Merrell Women's Yarra Boots

Let's start the week off with a Winter treat shall we? With limited numbers in the UK, we're one of the very few Independant retailers to have it in stock, introducing the Merrell Women's Yarra Boot.

It was one of our best selling Winter boots last year and it's obvious to see why. Keeping your tootsie's warm and toasty the Yarra packs in 200g of Primaloft and a Polartec 200 lining, so the Winter chills of November and December most certainly won't get the better of you. The waterproof suede fabric ensures the snow and wet won't make it's way in, so you'll have fabulously dry feet wherever you decide to venture.

For luxurious comfort and to help keep all that warmth in, the boots have a spun wool collar trim, which also gives the Yarra it's classic fashionable look.

Moving on to the midsole and outsoles. The Yarra features a 4.5mm Ortholite Anatomical footbed for excellent stability and comfort. Theres also a nylon 6.6 injection molded arch shank and Q-Form triple density compression molded EVA footframe. The Merrell Air Cushion system provides fantastic shock absorbency, so undertaking adventures on less than even terrain won't cause you any problems.

The creme de la creme of the Yarra's makeup is on the sole, with Merrell's Snow De Vie Sole Sticky Rubber, equipping the boots with assured traction on uneven and slippery surfaces, perfect when you consider the kind of Winter we're expecting again this year!
