Sneak Preview #24: The Haglofs P2 Verte Jacket

It seems a while ago now, but back in March we gave you a sneaky peak of some of the new Haglofs waterproofs we're expected in for the Autumn/Winter. Unfortunately we could only bring you the pictures at that point in time, but never to go back on our word, we promised you specifications and specifications you shall get!

Lets concentrate on the Haglofs P2 Verte Jacket for now. It's a technical midweight waterproof with snow sports in mind. It's been made with Haglofs own Proof 2-Layer fabric, which is constructed with a soft mini ripstop and comfortable woven backer. It's all made from recycled materials, with Haglofs very much trying to be as Eco friendly as humanly possible. The fabric itself is both waterproof and windproof, so your getting all round weather protection in an environmentally friendly bundle. The P2 has been made with comfort and protection at a premium. It features a high brushed tricot lined stand alone collar and a 3 way adjustable hood, for plenty of coverage and shield from the wind and rain. The hood itself has a reinforced peak.

The wet and damp won't be a problem with this jacket with a 2 way watertight main zipper with rear storm flap and watertight pit zips. The jacket comes with two torso and two chest pockets, for ample storage space for maps, compasses etc. Three inner mesh pockets provide an easy place to keep more valuable items secure and away from the elements.
With snow sports in mind, theres an integrated, adjustable snow skirt that can be fastened to snow sports trousers. Theres lots of mobility to be had as well with articulated sleeves, so it's more than suitable for more active users. A mesh torso lining helps to promote breathability and a single hand adjustable hem will help to find the perfect fit.
