Secondly we have the Mountain Equipment Men's G2 Alpine Jacket. This is truly an all purpose jacket; it allows you to delay putting on your hardshell untill conditions are really bad. Constructed from GORE Windstopper soft shell fabric; a 3 layer laminate of a hard wearing outer fabric, and a wicking lining fabric, with the Windstopper membrane between.
