Day Of Days And The Chukchi Shirt

On a completely unrelated to outdoorsy stuff note, Luton Town have quite possibly the biggest match in their modern day history tomorrow! Surfice to say the nerves have kicked in already and I've pretty much bitten as much of my nails as a man can physically bite!

It's all getting underway at 3pm at the City Of Manchester Stadium tomorrow. It's a bit of a shame it's AFC Wimbledon we're facing, if I'd have liked to see any other club get their league status back it would most definitely be them! It's going to be a close one and around this time tomorrow we'll know who will be able to call themselves a league club once more.

Venturing merrily back to the outdoors world (although stilla tad football related) as I havn't had a replica shirt for some time now, I might well be donning a new Montane Chukchi Shirt, it's got some orange in there, so that definitely counts!

To start with it's pretty damn lightweight, only 215g, but the the Polartec Class fabric gives it enough warmth to be worn all the year round. The Lycra bound DWR treated beardguard lined collar does it's job in keeping the cold out, but also gives enough room to let your neck breath. The flatlock stitched construction also gives excellently soft next to skin comfort, which also makes it ideal for use as part of a layering system. It comes in four modern looking colours; Moroccan Blue, Ink, Black and Steel/Tangerine.

So, C'mon you hatters!!
