Drink up!

We're all about hydration this morning. I've decided to have a Camelbak 750ml Better Bottle on my desk all this week in the hope of keeping myself that little bit more hydrated throughout the day, not quite sure if it's working yet, only time will tell!

Anyway, again on the subject of hydration, here's a few hydration waist packs that should help you through those summer runs.

The Golite Men's Hydroswift Lumbar Pack is ideal for long trail runs thanks to it's large front pocket and space to two bottles. It has a newly developed soft stretch mesh hipbelt that helps move moisture quickly away from the body. The zippered pocket can hold keys, spare change etc, so there's no need to worry about being without the little essentials. The pack also has an improved no bounce load control system which is easy to adjust on the move. It comes in the rather eccentrically named Pinot/Smoke colour.

Another one for you, The Salomon XR Energy Belt Pack. It's incredibly light, comfortable and of course secure. It can hold two 200ml flasks and other smaller items. It features a zipped belt pocket so you can stores keys and other little essentials. It weighs a mere 150g, so it certainly won't slow you run down.Possibly my favourite of the bunch (if I'm allowed to have a favourite) is the Osprey Talon 8 Pack. Osprey has been flying off the shelves since we got it in a couple of months ago, so I've no doubt their hydration pack will be just as good as the rest. It can fit two bottles and plenty of other items to take along on your journey. The bottle sleeves have been made with reinforced HDPE, so there going to last the duration. It weighs a stunningly lightweight 53g.
