We're delighted to announce that we're sponsoring a charity expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro organised by GWR FM radio. We've chosen one particpant to sponsor and we're providing them with kit and a donation to trek along the tranquil Machame route through deep forest and moorland towards glaciers before reaching the Uhuru Peak of Kilimanjaro.
It's a great opportunity for those involved and we're pleased to support it in aid of the GWR kids appeal that provides grants for organisations helping under-privileged children.
More details as the event draws nearer, it's due to start on the 24th October.
